待遇：月收入=底薪+加班工资+全勤奖。试用期一个月，转正后有全勤奖和累计工龄工资、学历工资、技能工资等，技工的月收入约为2500元以上；满三个月后可进行计件，多劳多得，计件工资不封顶无上限；如需上晚班另有晚班津贴；每年评选的工作者还有特别奖励；机修工的工资待遇面议。
